HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All of our pieces are made to order. Therefore, please allow 5 to 10 working days for your order to be ready for despatch. If you need it sooner, please email us before placing your order.

WHAT METALS DO YOU USE?
The graphic line works with Sterling Silver wire and sheet. All of our ear posts, chains and clasps are Sterling Silver. We do not use plated metals.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
All jewellery gets beautifully packaged whether it is a gift for someone else or for yourself. Each piece is carefully placed onto acid free tissue paper inside a black card box which is then tied with a ribbon.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All the jewelry is handmade to order, so we do not accept returns unless a piece arrived damaged. Please see shipping and returns for more info here.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
Yes, if you bought a piece on our online shop that is in need of repair, please see our repair section here.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. Please go to our shipping information here.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

CAN I BUY JUST ONE EARRING?
Yes, you can! We charge 50% of the sales price to make just one and we might need you to return the earring you still have in order to match it (since all pieces are handmade). Email shopthegraphicline@gmail.com for more information.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We currently do not offer gift cards but we may do in the future. Let us know if you are interested.
