SHIPPING & RETURNS
ORDER TIMES
Please allow between 5 to 10 working days from order date to despatch. Each item is made by hand and to order, and will be processed in the order in which it was received. If you need an item rushed or for a specific occasion, please email shopthegraphicline@gmail.com prior to ordering and we will let you know what is possible.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All pieces are made to order and shipped from London, UK. All of our prices are in GBP (£ Sterling).
UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £3 and are sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and will take approximately 1 - 3 working days to arrive.
Orders to Europe are charged at a flat rate of £8 and International orders at a flat rate of £10. All are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and can vary greatly due to items being held at customs.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.
RETURNS
All our jewellery is handmade to order, so we do not accept returns.
We only offer returns and refunds on the rare occasion that an item may have been damaged while getting to you. If you have received a broken or damaged item upon delivery please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you received a piece as a gift and you’d prefer another one we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis and if we agree to exchange a piece the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded and The Graphic Line cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit either.
Sale or discounted items, or custom/personalized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange. In accordance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings.
