In these Terms & Conditions “We” and “us” means The Graphic Line. “You” means the person placing an order.

ORDERING
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until payment has cleared. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

> We do not have the products in stock
> Your payment is not authorized
> There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the product

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

All our jewellery is handmade to order, so we do not accept returns unless a piece arrived damaged. Please see shipping and returns for more info here.

PRICING & PAYMENT
Payments can currently only be made via PayPal. It is the safest way to pay online, and you can do so with any major bank card. All of our prices are in GBP (£ Sterling). You will be billed in GBP (£ Sterling) and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed. Delivery costs will be added to the total price of your purchase on check out.

Prices on items listed on the site are subject to change without notice. We try our best to ensure all information is correct but sometimes we miss something. If a price has been incorrectly shown on the site The Graphic Line is not bound to honour this. The customer will be contacted and will be able to decide if they wish to continue with the purchase at the correct price.

IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
The photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours of the pieces are accurate within reason. However due to the handmade nature of the jewellery and production methods used, slight variations may occur.

Colours may vary from images due to different browsers or variations in computer monitors. Images are not to scale so please refer to the dimensions given for each piece.
